Organizer Joanne Dieleman counted 175 people at the intersection of Main St. and Christie St. in Grimsby on Sunday, October 5th. This group witnessing to the sanctity of human life was one link in the Life Chains taking place across Canada and the United States. One youth, Dorothy DeBoer, said, "We're here to help stop the killing of innocent children. It's important for us to be here because our generation is going to have the most problems from abortion in the future. Participants gathered for prayer after the hour of peaceful protest against abortion.
